Kreston Reeves, acting as Reporting Accountants, has advised Roundhouse AI on its successful AIM listing. Roundhouse AI was admitted to trading on 13 October 2026, raising £1.6 million.
Roundhouse AI is a Singapore-based technology company building neutral data, identity and reputation infrastructure for the autonomous AI agent economy.
AI agents are moving from answering questions to transacting, including initiating payments. The merchants, lenders, insurers, marketplaces and other AI agents they deal with will need a reliable way to judge whether an agent can be trusted.
Roundhouse’s answer is the Roundhouse Dashboard. The dashboard observes, records and verifies agent-to-merchant activity. The result is an open, public record that forms the base dataset for identity, reputation and Know Your Agent analysis. Roundhouse aims to become the trusted scoring and system-of-record layer for autonomous-agent activity. It plans to build commercial scoring and intelligence products on this data as coverage grows.
The Kreston Reeves team was led by Corporate Finance Director Craig Dallender, supported by Corporate Finance Assistant Manager Werda Malik and Audit Senior Manager Jeremy Marshall.
Craig Dallender said: “We are delighted to have worked alongside the Roundhouse AI team on its admission to AIM. It is an exciting business at the forefront of AI agent technology with an ambitious growth plan.
“Kreston Reeves has a growing reputation and track record in acting as Reporting Accountants to AI companies wishing to list – it is the fourth AI company we have helped to list in the past 18 months. We have the strengths to help businesses grow through listings, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.”
Elliot Fielding, Finance Director of Roundhouse, said: “Joining AIM is an important milestone for Roundhouse. AI agents have started to transact on their own, and the businesses dealing with them need to know which ones they can trust. We have built and launched the Roundhouse Dashboard to provide a neutral record of that activity, and AIM gives us the platform, profile and access to international investors to take it further. I would like to thank our shareholders, our team and our advisers for their support in getting us here.”
