Mercer & Hole appoints New Restructuring and Insolvency Director

Accountants Mercer & Hole has appointed Shaun Walker as Restructuring and Insolvency Director, based in London, who brings with him extensive experience across corporate recovery, insolvency and debt management.

 

Previously Shaun has spent more than 12 years working within a boutique insolvency practice in Guildford, which later became part of WSM.

 

Shaun has experience working with a wide variety of sectors, including FCA-regulated firms, construction businesses and professional service companies, among others.

 

Shaun finds the most satisfaction in guiding clients from the beginning of a challenging situation through to resolution. Whether it’s helping to rescue a business, manage an orderly wind-down or support individuals who simply need a way forward, Shaun takes pride in providing practical, empathetic and effective solutions.
