Talking Talent, the global coaching consultancy leading the gender diversity agenda, today announced the appointment of Tracey Groves as Global Managing Director of Client Advisory Services.
In a portfolio role for Talking Talent, starting April 1st, Tracey will be responsible for the growth of the client advisory solutions, including the overall strategic direction of our core services lines to our global client base. In addition, Tracey will drive forward the growth of Talking Talent’s strong consulting and advisory business centred around building purposeful inclusion.
Tracey is a multi-award-winning leader with expertise spanning inclusion, diversity, business ethics, culture and behaviours, business transformation and corporate governance. In 2018 she was named one of the Financial Times’ Top 100 Female Champion of Women in Business, and in the same year won the Variety Catherine Award for Consulting.
Tracey is passionate about developing leaders, helping them define and embrace what ‘doing the right thing’ means to them using ethical behaviours, culture and corporate integrity as critical levers for change, and placing people at the heart of doing sustainable and responsible business. She is an expert in helping organisations embed their business’s purpose into their day-to-day decisions.
A chartered accountant and certified organisation development practitioner, Tracey has previously worked as partner at PwC, leading corporate governance, risk and compliance projects for clients. She also has her own business ethics client consulting practice called Intelligent Ethics, has submitted evidence to the House of Lords on the ethics of artificial intelligence, is NED for the Middlesex County Cricket Club and a Board member of the City Women Network.
