One of Northamptonshire’s best-known luxury resorts has launched a new approach to holidays, giving members the opportunity to secure an annual holiday for the next 15 years with their Vacation Club.
Set within more than 700 acres of Northamptonshire countryside, Whittlebury Park has officially launched Whittlebury Park Vacation Club, a new 15-year holiday membership combining an annual stay at the established resort with the flexibility to exchange through global holiday exchange network RCI – with whom Whittlebury Park are Gold Crown affiliated.
Members will receive one week of holiday accommodation every year for 15 years at Whittlebury Park, staying in a new collection of contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments, sleeping up to 12 guests. The Vacation Club will eventually have 72 apartments which are currently being developed as part of a £16 million investment on the estate.
As well as their accommodation, Vacation Club members will have Whittlebury Park as their home resort, benefiting from access to everything the estate has to offer, including its award-winning spa and leisure facilities, 36-hole championship golf course, restaurants and bars, extensive parkland and walking access to the world-famous Silverstone Circuit.
And while Whittlebury provides somewhere special to return to year after year, members looking for a change of scenery will also have the option to deposit and exchange their week through RCI, opening up opportunities to holiday at alternative destinations around the world, subject to RCI terms and availability.
The Vacation Club has been created around a simple idea that in increasingly busy lives, holidays and time together are becoming ever more precious – and worth making a commitment to.

“The launch of Whittlebury Park Vacation Club takes that idea one step further, giving people the opportunity to make holidays and time together a priority for the next 15 years.

The launch marks a new chapter for Whittlebury Park, building on the independent resort’s long-established position within Northamptonshire’s leisure, hospitality and tourism sector.
Its defined 15-year membership provides a contemporary approach to the established holiday ownership concept, centred not just around accommodation, but experience – on giving members the opportunity to prioritise holidays and shared time together.
With accommodation suitable for couples, families and multigenerational groups, the new apartments will provide a base from which members can enjoy the wider Whittlebury Park experience – whether that means a spa afternoon, round of golf, family dinner, countryside escape or a weekend at Silverstone.

Whittlebury Park Vacation Club is now open for enquiries, with first members expected to stay in January 2027. Private tours are available for those interested in discovering more about the accommodation, resort and how membership works. Those who are interested are invited to attend two open days on Thursday 29th and Saturday 31st October, from 10:00am – 5:00pm. Private one-to-one appointments can be booked for Friday 30th October, with various times available.
