Leading care provider My Choice Healthcare has an impressive six finalists shortlisted in this year’s Social Care Leadership Awards.
The awards celebrate influential individuals driving meaningful change in social care, with the winners set to be announced at a celebration event on Tuesday 13th October in London.

Desley Beaman, Executive Director of Operations in England, has been shortlisted in the Learning Disabilities and Autism Leader category; Sharon Herbert, Head of Operations in South West Wales, in the Clinical Nurse Manager category; and Sandra Malpeli, Executive Director of Operations in Wales for the Executive Home Care Leader award.

Also celebrating becoming finalists are Lisa Jordaan, Business Support Manager, who is nominated as a Mentoring Leader; Joanna Mosses, Head of Operations in South Wales, who was shortlisted for the Quality Assurance Leader award; and Julia Allen, Head of Human Resources, in the Workforce Development Leader category.

Each of the finalists impressed the judging panel with their committed leadership and dedication to excellence, as well as their vision to improve outcomes across the sector and desire to have a lasting impact on the industry and the lives of the residents at My Choice Healthcare.
