Tickets are selling fast for the EA Masters event to be held on 3 November at Evolution London. The event, run by Leaders Inc and sponsored by OntheMarket, is the UK’s largest estate agency leadership conference, exhibition and awards for estate agents, conveyancers and suppliers to the residential property sector.
The conference and exhibition will be packed with interesting news and views from more than 50 industry exhibitors and industry leading speakers, with a new video giving a preview of the top names participating: Introducing the EA Masters – The Estate Agency Event of the Year
A highlight of the evening event will be the celebrity presentation of the Best Estate Agency Guide Awards 2026/27 (BEAG), – the only awards in the UK to assess the whole market, with every single estate and lettings agency across the UK included in the data.
While there are a number of awards programmes in the sector, many assess less than 10% of the market. BEAG takes a different approach, analysing every agency and every property transaction to provide a genuinely comprehensive assessment of estate and lettings agency performance.
Every estate agency brand is assessed against all others on its patch, based on every property listed, against criteria that are important to 250,000 home movers:
* Did the property sell/let?
* How long did it take?
* Did the transaction fall through or proceed to exchange?
* Was the price achieved in line with that initially advertised?
* What was the overall service like?
The Best Estate Agency Guide results will be published on 4 November. As with the recently announced Best Conveyancer Awards to be announced on the same night, data has been analysed by data experts Twenty Convey based on every UK property transaction, taken under licence from the Land Registry. This analysis covers 99.6% of all Uk property listings – both sales and lettings. The awards will highlight the top 10% of estate agents who win an award, around 5% of whom are graded ‘exceptional’, equating to a gold award, and a further 5% are designated as excellent.
Estate agents can find out if their agency has been listed here.
Tickets are available for all estate agencies, not just those listed in the EA Guide and two types of tickets are offered: Conference and Exhibition only (£165 + VAT per person) or full day including Awards ceremony (£450 + VAT per person). A table of 10 can be booked for £3,600. Event registration opens at 8am, last orders at the after-show party is at 9.00pm and the event closes at 10pm. The dress code is business smart. EA Award benefits
Award winners receive a framed certificate and a plaque at the awards ceremony, where the best estate agency in each size band will be announced, followed by the Estate Agency of the Year ‘winner of winners’ who will receive an engraved trophy to keep for the next 10 months.
In addition to a listing in the EA Masters Guide, estate agents have the opportunity to purchase a licence to market their attainment by displaying a distinctive winner’s marque to use on their own marketing materials, including in their offices, on their own website and across social media channels. Licences go on sale after the EA Masters event with fees varying according to the banding that a company falls under.
Joanna Knight OBE, CEO of Leaders Inc. comments “These awards are unlike any other in the industry because they assess the whole of the market. Every single estate and lettings agency across the UK is included in our data, as is every property transaction. This gives agencies a genuinely comprehensive picture of how they are performing against their local competition.
“The winners have already been decided, so Agencies that win a Silver or Gold Award should therefore be proud of their achievement as they have been assessed against the full market in their area and can use their award to differentiate themselves and demonstrate to potential home buyers and sellers that they are delivering strong results and service. The event is a great opportunity to celebrate their win.”
Joanna continues:
“While there are a number of awards programmes in the industry, many assess less than 10% of the market. The Best Estate Agency Guide is different because it is based on the whole market, giving agencies and consumers a much more complete and meaningful assessment of performance.
“Alongside the awards evening, we’d encourage every estate agency to attend the conference and exhibition to hear from some of the world’s leading agents from the UK, Ireland, UAE, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and USA about their current strategies and tactics.
“We’ve already sold more than 60% of the tickets available for the event, so we would encourage agents to sign up now to secure a place.”
