The Chester Business Club 40th Anniversary Ball, which is taking place on Friday 25 September 2026 at The Queen at Chester Hotel, will mark 40 years since Chester Business Club was founded in September 1986.
With ticket sales closing on Friday 11 September, prospective guests are being urged not to leave it until the last minute to book their place at this very special celebration.
The black-tie will bring together Chester Business Club members, guests, businesses and friends from across the region for an evening of celebration, entertainment, food and fundraising.
Guests will enjoy a fizz reception, three-course dinner, live entertainment, a live band and dancing, alongside a charity auction and raffle – making it an evening designed to celebrate both the Club’s remarkable history and the people who have helped shape its future.

Founded by six local businessmen in 1986, Chester Business Club has grown from its original vision into a thriving independent business networking organisation, with a strong focus on relationships, community and supporting Chester. Today, the Club continues to provide opportunities for local business leaders to connect, share ideas and contribute to the city and wider region. It also supports countless local charities helping secure lifeline funds for good-causes.
The 40th Anniversary Ball is open not only to Club members but also to non-members, with businesses, professionals and friends from across Chester and Cheshire invited to join the celebrations.
Tickets are £75 per person for Chester Business Club members and their guests, while non-member tickets are £95 per person. Ticket sales close on Friday 11 September 2026.
