Chad Teixeira Media Expands International Footprint with New Marrakech Office

Independent communications agency Chad Teixeira Media is expanding its international footprint with the opening of a physical office in Marrakech, Morocco, marking the next stage in the agency’s growth across the UK, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

The new office will be based in Hivernage, one of Marrakech’s leading luxury hotel and business districts, establishing a permanent presence in a city that has become increasingly important to the agency and its international client portfolio.

For Chad Teixeira Media, Morocco has never simply been another market on a map.

Over the past year, the agency’s work in the country has grown considerably, particularly across luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle and destination-led communications. CTM now represents and works with several hospitality properties and brands across Marrakech and the surrounding region, giving the agency an increasingly established position within the city’s luxury travel landscape.

The decision to establish a physical office is therefore a natural progression: moving from servicing Moroccan clients internationally to having a team and infrastructure on the ground.

For CTM founder Chad Teixeira, the expansion is about being part of the market rather than attempting to service it from a distance.

“Morocco has become an incredibly important market for us, both creatively and commercially. We’re now working with several properties across Marrakech and have spent significant time building relationships with hoteliers, founders and businesses on the ground.

“Opening an office in Hivernage felt like the natural next step. I don’t want CTM to be an agency that claims to understand international markets from a desk in London. If we’re serious about a region, we need to be present in it, understand its culture and build genuine relationships within it.”

The Marrakech operation will provide strategic communications, international PR, brand positioning, talent and influencer relations, social media and creative consultancy, connecting Moroccan clients with CTM Media’s established media and commercial network across the UK and international markets.

The expansion also creates a two-way opportunity.

As Morocco’s luxury hospitality and creative sectors continue to develop, an increasing number of home-grown businesses are looking towards international audiences. At the same time, global hospitality, lifestyle and consumer brands are paying greater attention to Marrakech and the wider Moroccan market.

CTM intends to sit between those two worlds.

“There is extraordinary creativity and ambition coming out of Morocco,” Teixeira continues. “Our opportunity isn’t simply about bringing international brands into the market. It’s about helping Moroccan hotels, founders and businesses tell their stories internationally too.

“Having a physical presence means we can do that properly. We can be closer to our clients, closer to what is happening culturally and commercially, and ultimately create better work.”

The Marrakech opening forms part of CTM Media’s broader international growth strategy, building an independent communications business capable of operating across markets while retaining the entrepreneurial and relationship-led approach on which the agency was founded.

The Hivernage office will serve as CTM Media’s base for Morocco and the wider North African market, complementing the agency’s existing international operations and providing a platform for further regional growth.

“CTM has always been built around relationships rather than borders,” says Teixeira. “As our clients become more international, we have to grow with them. Marrakech represents the beginning of a much bigger chapter for the agency.”
