Tickets are now available for one of the city’s most inspiring business events as the Chester Business Club prepares to celebrate the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The Chester Business Club Young Business Person Awards Banquet will bring together business leaders, sponsors, finalists and supporters for an evening dedicated to recognising outstanding young talent from across the city and surrounding areas.
The awards were created to identify, nurture and champion ambitious young people whose ideas, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit are helping to shape Chester’s future. This year’s competition – sponsored by DEESURVEYS, Connectus Business Solutions, and Aqueous Digital, attracted a record number of entries, with finalists selected across the Vision Award and Young Entrepreneur of the Year categories.
Members of the public are now invited to attend the awards dinner and show their support for the shortlisted finalists.
Nick Owens, founder of Magnify PR, creator of the awards and a member of the Chester Business Club Executive Council, said: “These awards were created to shine a spotlight on the incredible young entrepreneurial talent we have here in Chester and to give those individuals the recognition they deserve.
“We’ve been blown away by both the quality and quantity of entries this year, which demonstrates just how much talent exists across our schools, colleges and business community.
“I hope people will come along and support the finalists. For many of these young people, this could be the first major recognition they have received for their ideas or businesses, and having the wider business community behind them can make a huge difference.
“The future of Chester’s economy will be shaped by the next generation of entrepreneurs, and this event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate them.”
Finalists to the event receive a free ticket, and friends and family can buy extra tickets at the club members’ discounted rate.
Tickets cost £50, with a discounted rate of £39 available to Chester Business Club members and their guests.

The awards banquet will see winners receive trophies, mentoring opportunities and Chester BID vouchers, while providing a platform to showcase the talent, creativity and ambition of the city’s future business leaders.
