Welsh technology pioneers de Novo Solutions have earned a place on the Sunday Times 100 for the second year running.
The prestigious list highlights the fastest growing companies in the UK, with de Novo having been ranked in both 2025 and today (Friday 5th June).
Launched in 2021, the company provides digital transformation expertise to add value to clients’ HR, Payroll, Procurement and Finance functions – counting police forces, local councils and Government departments among their clients, alongside private companies such as DHL.
Proudly headquartered in Langstone, Newport, de Novo – which was placed 71st on the list – has secondary offices in England and India. The team has grown to 140 employees and the company also has a thriving Graduate and Apprenticeship Scheme in partnership with the University of South Wales.
