CCW UK Summit is on 11 – 13 May
Over 300 leaders in customer experience will attend the CCW UK Summit in May, the UK’s leading event for the customer experience community. Taking place between 11 to 13 May at the Novotel West London, the event brings together customer experience leaders to learn, share insights and discuss the future of the ever evolving industry.
Speakers include Rory Sutherland, founder of Ogilvy’s Behavioural Science Practice and speakers from organisations including Simplyhealth, Lloyds, Estee Lauder Companies, Virgin Atlantic Airways, HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover, Vodafone and Depop.
Key topics on the agenda include AI, eliminating silos in customer contact, unifying customer experience and creating human-centric experiences. Sessions will cover brand and marketing experience, digital design and experience, and service and operational excellence with a stream of sessions focused on supporting customer contact agents of the future.
Katie Judd, General Manager, CCW Europe, says: “Customer expectation has never been higher, meaning organisations need to deliver a personalised, easy to use, unified customer experience. But that remains a real challenge with fragmentation of data, silos and legacy systems to navigate. Tools like AI offer solutions, but without proper strategy and organisational wide integration, they risk adding to the complication rather than solving the problem.
“CCW UK brings together industry leaders to tackle this challenge head on. By coming together the community will share how to turn theory into practice to deliver joined up, human focused experiences that are good for customers and good for business.”
