Alex Speed steps into the role of Sales Director
Love2shop, part of the PayPoint Group, has appointed Alex Speed as its new Sales Director, marking a new chapter of growth and innovation for the UK’s leading multi-retailer gift card and digital rewards brand.
Alex succeeds Frank Creighton, who has left the business, and steps into the role following an extensive career within Love2shop spanning more than 18 years. Having most recently served as Head of Business Development, Alex brings deep knowledge of the company’s markets, customers, and strategic ambitions.
As Sales Director, Alex will oversee the commercial strategy for Love2shop’s business services division, driving growth across new sectors and strengthening relationships with the company’s diverse client base.
Her focus will include expanding Love2shop’s reach in areas such as utilities, education, and member organisations, while continuing to build on its leadership in employee and customer engagement solutions.
Alex Speed, Sales Director at Love2shop – Part of the PayPoint Group, said: “I’m incredibly proud to take on this role at such an exciting time for Love2shop. Having been part of the business for nearly two decades, I’ve seen first-hand how our products and partnerships create real value for organisations and their people. My focus now is on accelerating our growth by deepening relationships with our clients, exploring new markets, and continuing to deliver the innovation and service that Love2shop is known for.”
Julian Coghlan, Managing Director at Love2shop, added: “Alex’s appointment reflects both her outstanding contribution to Love2shop over many years and the strength of our leadership talent. Her experience and understanding of our customers will be invaluable as we continue to evolve the business and build momentum into our next phase of growth. I’m confident Alex will play a key role in driving our strategy forward.”
The announcement comes as Love2shop prepares to celebrate a milestone anniversary, with further developments and product innovations planned for the year ahead.
