BROWN and Co Property Law, which recently rebranded to become Montrose Brown Law, has scooped a top award.
They were named a Silver Winner for the South East at the Estate Agent & Lettings Conveyancer Awards (ESTAS).
Often described as the “Oscars” of the property sector, the ESTAS are the only awards in the industry based entirely on verified reviews from clients at the conclusion of their property journey.
This year marked the 22nd annual ceremony, hosted by Location, Location, Location presenter Phil Spencer, and held at London’s prestigious Grosvenor House on Park Lane on 17 October.
Martin Cudmore, Director at Montrose Brown Law, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in this year’s ESTAS. It means so much because it’s our clients who have judged our performance. We take customer service extremely seriously — our clients have a choice, and we’ve always taken pride in offering a highly personal, responsive service. This award is proof that we’re delivering on that promise.”
This customer-first approach has also been a driving force behind the firm’s growth and recent rebrand into Montrose Brown.
Eve Cooke, Managing Director of Montrose Brown Law, added: “I’m delighted at this news. Montrose Brown is a modern property law firm with a traditional heart, rooted in clarity, care, and community. Our clients aren’t just case numbers, they’re homeowners, first-time buyers, downsizers, investors, and families making life-changing decisions. We take the time to understand their goals and guide them every step of the way with calm, expert support
