imageHOLDERS is helping global fashion retailer, New Look, optimise in-store engagement and sales by installing in-store kiosks that allow customers to browse and buy from the company’s full range.
Established in 1969 in England, New Look now has over 700 stores across the UK, Europe, China and Asia, and ships to 120 countries across the world. The retailer wanted to encourage their customers to interact with their website and online- catalogue, and be able to order any product that currently wasn’t held within the store, ensuring customers never left empty handed.
To achieve this, imageHOLDERS created a secure tablet-based solution that fitted easily – in terms of installation and style – within the New Look store layout. imageHOLDERs worked with New Look on a sleek design that could be securely mounted on either a counter or wall, with full cable management.
“New Look’s aesthetics are very stylish and modern, which are perfectly matched with our range design. It was a pleasure to work with New Look, and after the deployment, customers were queuing to use the trial enclosures within New Looks flagship store!”, said imageHOLDERS director, Peter Thompson.
imageHOLDERS’ recent introduction of its Core range of kiosks makes it easier than ever for retailers of any size to increase customer footfall with interactive retail displays – shown to increase dwell time by up to 60%.
