Nonprofit releases free mindfulness resources to help workers through tough times

Medito Foundation, the nonprofit dedicated to making mental health resources freely and widely available, has just released a suite of free mindfulness resources specifically for workplaces.

The work environment be stressful, especially during these times of uncertainty. The team at Medito Foundation aim to introduce mindfulness to the masses to make things a little easier.

The free Medito meditation app now includes a Work Life pack of meditations, which covers the following topics:

  • Managing conflict
  • Managing stress
  • Productivity
  • Confidence
  • Creativity
  • Focus
  • Work-life balance
  • Motivation
  • Dealing with change
  • Prioritization

This Work Life meditation pack comes in addition to many other packs on the app, including a beginners course, anxiety pack and sleep sessions.

As well as the new app content, Medito Foundation has also created free downloadable resources to help companies introduce mindfulness to their employees and to add the Medito app to their employee wellbeing offering.

Steven Yorke, from Medito Foundation, said ‘We’re all under additional stress at the moment, with a lot of our work situations having changed drastically. We hope this new workplace meditation pack and downloadable resources can help people to navigate these unsettled times.’ 

Unlike other meditation apps, Medito will not just be free for a short period of time. It will be 100% free, forever. It’s made for people, not for profit.
