Gympass Wellness say their new digital platform puts an unrivalled choice of health, fitness and wellbeing programmes into the hands of employees. Enabling people to stay active anytime and anywhere, Gympass is reinforcing its mission to defeat inactivity.
Designed to nurture all-round healthy habits, Gympass Wellness includes mental health, tailored nutrition plans, meditation and relaxation programmes alongside a diverse range of online workouts. It also includes family fitness enabling employees to engage their children in activities and financial wellbeing options.
Initially planning to take Gympass Wellness live this autumn, Gympass pivoted to fast track its launch in response to the unprecedented demand for digital fitness and wellness solutions in light of the Covid-19 lockdown. It already has 45 apps on the platform globally and 20 available for UK customers, including FIIT, the world’s top-rated fitness app, alongside programmes as diverse as 8Fit, FitOn, iPrescribe, Yogaia, Wellness Coach and Zen App.
“As soon as the lockdown was confirmed, we recognised an immediate need to bring Gympass Wellness forward to enable our corporate partners to cascade plentiful, high quality at-home wellness options to their employees,” says Luke Bullen, Gympass CEO for UK/IE.
“Our unrivalled collective of fitness and wellness apps enables people to take a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing and by combining relaxation, mindfulness and nutrition programmes with fitness options, we are delivering a truly 360-degree wellness solution.”
Gympass Wellness offers 1000s of physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness and relaxation programmes. Its fitness options range from personal training sessions and HIIT workouts to family sessions and yoga practices. These are complemented by relaxation, mindfulness and sleep programmes, alongside nutrition plans and wellness coaching.
“While Gympass Wellness has really come into its own during the Covid-19 lockdown, this platform is a vital and permanent asset in our mission to defeat inactivity,” continues Bullen.
“The online delivery of Gympass Wellness makes it easy for HR teams to cascade the opportunity to their workforces and the uptake has been very high among corporate partners seeking wellness solutions for their staff during the lockdown,” he says. “We will continue to add to Gympass Wellness over the coming weeks and months and look forward to seeing it develop and grow as a key component of our complete health and wellness solution for our corporate partners.”
