XpertHR offers NHS free access to online HR guidance and resources to support during Coronavirus pandemic

To help NHS trusts and their HR teams navigate their workforce challenges the coronavirus pandemic is creating, XpertHR is offering all NHS trusts free access to its subscription service for two months, so they can access essential HR and employment law resources.

XpertHR recognises that NHS HR and business managers are likely to be overwhelmed by the pressures of managing a workforce at the frontline to the UK’s response to COVID-19. Empowering HR professionals to efficiently respond to changing legislation and government advice, complex employment issues, and the need to on-board new resources quickly, is essential during this time.

As a thank you to NHS trusts and their HR teams, we are pleased to be offering free access to allow trusts to divert their resources and funds to where it is needed most.

By taking up this offer, NHS HR teams can gain immediate access to a range of employment law resources including guidance and policy documents on several key issues:

Scott Walker, Managing Director at XpertHR said:

“We are proud to be currently supporting a large number of NHS trusts and to say thank you for their tireless commitment and resilience, and to enable them to divert their resources and funds to where it’s needed most. We’re also pleased to be able to extend this offer beyond our NHS customers to all NHS trusts and encourage those trusts to reach out to us directly.

The coronavirus pandemic is presenting all organisations with huge challenges, but the NHS is at the forefront of this health crisis. It’s not only staff on the frontline, but HR and business managers behind the scenes that need to navigate unchartered waters when it comes to employment issues and new legislation. Our guidance and extensive resources are designed to help them manage all of these challenges.

“We truly value the NHS and hope by offering our services for free, we cannot only support our NHS but also make a small contribution to the national effort.”

XpertHR has also been supporting businesses by launching a new service that offers a complimentary COVID-19 check-in with a member of the XpertHR team. These sessions are aimed to help and support organisations, covering issues such as time off, sick pay, redundancies, lay-offs, short-time working, furlough leave under the ‘Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme’, health and safety and contingency planning, as well as measures taken by governments abroad that will affect global employers.
