Crown Agents Bank (CAB), one of the UK’s oldest established banking institutions, has signed a deal with Zest to deliver a comprehensive raft of flexible employee benefits to its 150+ employees.
Commenting on the decision to partner with Zest on the implementation of the new benefits platform, Marcia Jones, Group Head of HR at CAB, said:
“We did have an existing system in place but, to be honest, it was limited in functionality. It really only managed voluntary benefits such as childcare vouchers, cycle to work, smart parking, give as you earn and so on. Contractual benefits such as group pension, group life assurance and group income protection had to be managed outside of the platform and, crucially, it didn’t allow our employees to ‘flex’ their benefits to suit their own lifestyle.
“We wanted a fully flexible benefits platform that could manage all of our benefits and, most importantly, enable our employees to decide for themselves which benefits are most important to them at a particular point in their working lives. In conjunction with our insurance broker, Howden, we conducted an extensive evaluation of the benefits technology platforms available and Zest stood head and shoulders above the crowd. The system is due to go live soon and I have every expectation that it will deliver everything and more that we require.”
Zest’s ground-breaking new platform was developed from the ground up and launched in early 2018 following a multimillion pound, three year investment programme. Ray Sieber, Managing Director of Zest, said:
“We’re thrilled that CAB has taken the decision to select Zest which is a fantastic endorsement of the revolutionary approach taken and the hard work, skill and dedication of everybody behind the development of what is now widely recognised as the most advanced and easiest to use employee benefits platform on the market.”
