Established by Henpicked: Menopause In the Workplace, the prestigious 2025 Menopause & Menstruation Friendly Employer Awards were judged by an independent panel. They looked for organisations and individuals who could show evidence that their commitment and determination have succeeded in providing support, solutions and resources that normalise menopause and menstruation in the workplace.
“This year’s awards have seen more entries than ever and an absolutely outstanding quality of work,” says Deborah Garlick, CEO of Menopause Friendly by Henpicked. “The passion and determination of our members shines through their efforts while the impact of their work is genuinely life-changing for their colleagues and communities. The Awards events in London, Nottingham and Liverpool promise to be packed with people joining us for knowledge sharing and networking alongside celebrating this year’s winners.”
Generous support
Thanks to generous sponsors and supporters, the Awards raise vital funds for menopause and menstruation related charities, programmes and research. Since its inception, the occasion has raised £190,000 and this year’s event is on track to bring this to £230,000.
Making the magic happen are headline sponsor Peppy, alongside Boots and No 7 Beauty Company, British Airways, Mars, QVC, Standard Chartered and Menopace by Vitabiotics, supported by BSI, CIPD, SOM and The Gym Group who will keep us all moving.
