Culture measurement and management platform, Culture15, has been shortlisted for the Best Innovation in Technology category at the 2024 Innovation Awards – a prestigious event celebrating the forefront of innovation.
Set up by the Technology Supply Chain – which supports companies with growth, engineering and IT – the awards recognise and reward businesses, organisations and individuals alike whose breakthroughs and advancements promise to transform.
The nomination is testament to Culture15’s dedication, revolutionising how organisations measure and manage culture. The organisation’s innovative approach of defining culture as a set of numerical behaviours is what got the platform noticed.
Describing development as “a labour of love”, Culture15’s product manager says “It has been a challenge to build software that enables such an intangible, fuzzy concept to be attributed to metrics and rigorously tracked, providing so much value for business. But we did it, reacting, adapting and continuing to improve. And it’s wonderful to see the platform getting the recognition it deserves!”
Established in 2021, the Innovation Awards are a premier platform for ground-breaking advancements, with Charlie Coode, Founder and CEO, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to showcase the SaaS product. “We’re honoured to have been shortlisted”, he says, explaining “being nominated really highlights our commitment to transforming business through data – and being acknowledged alongside other industry leaders, especially, is a testament to our hard-working team”.
Voting is now open until 6pm on the 9th of August, reducing the shortlist from ten to five finalists in each category. Winners will then be announced at the November black-tie ceremony, to be held in Birmingham on the 9th.
The nomination marks the third in a trio of 2024 successes for Culture15, which has also been shortlisted for the Global Digital Excellence Awards and the SaaS Awards this year.
