  • Last year Xalient announced it had been included in the first ever Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list composed of organisations across North America, EMEA, and Australasia

LONDON, UK, 21ST March 2024 – Global identity and access management (IAM), security, and network transformation specialist, Xalient, today announced that it has been named a finalist within three categories; the Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces in North America and in two categories of the Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024 for Europe, United Kingdom and Ireland.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards recognise organisations of all sizes and industries that create exceptional People First workplaces. The Award’s independent expert judging panel has identified Xalient among the Top 100 companies in the North America region, the Top 25 inspiring workplaces in Europe, and in the Top 50 in the United Kingdom and Ireland This recognition speaks volumes about the exceptional work that the Xalient team has accomplished.

The Top 25 European Inspiring Workplaces and the Top 50 UK Inspiring Workplaces will be announced during a Black Tie Gala Dinner on 16th May 2024 at the prestigious Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Those in line for the North America Inspiring Workplace Award will be recognised a month later on 18th June 2024 in Chicago. These events will showcase and celebrate the inspiring, people-first organisations that are leading the charge in changing the world of work.

Independently judged, the Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024 asked each organisation to complete an entry form consisting of six key elements. These are elements it believes are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace and include: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication, and employee experience.

Commenting on the award Annie Davis, Chief People Officer at Xalient, said: “I am immensely proud that Xalient is a finalist and is being recognised as an Inspiring Workplace once again this year. I am excited to find out where we are positioned on the lists for North America, Europe, United Kingdom, and Ireland. With two significant acquisitions last year, we are building a global company and this recognition is important to us as we continue to grow our team and our culture and attract the best talent to fuel that growth.”

“Our people and our culture are critical to our success, and we have worked hard to ensure that we don’t lose sight of this as we become a larger organisation. Our diversity, inclusion and development programmes are the same whatever the country.  As well as other initiatives to nurture our talent which are not only inspiring but are a top priority for the business. As we expand into new territories, retaining our culture is really important to us.”

Matt Manners, Founder, The Inspiring Workplaces Group, commented: “Last year Xalient was recognised both globally and regionally as an Inspiring Workplace and being named a finalist again this year is an incredible achievement particularly as they have also been recognised for their North American business. Congratulations to Xalient once again, we are all incredibly excited to see where they are positioned on these prestigious lists.”

Last year, Xalient was recognised on the first ever Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list. In the same year Xalient was also voted among the top companies in the EMEA Inspiring Workplace Awards 2023.

This accolade comes off the back of many other significant recognitions achieved this year, including Xalient being named among Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies in 2024 by the Financial Times for the third consecutive year.  Xalient was also listed among 40 Best Employers in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards in 2023.
