APDO, the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers, has expanded its suite of highly acclaimed, online training courses.
The national association has introduced two new courses, which are aimed at enhancing client relationships and developing strategies to maintain paperwork, complementing APDO’s existing training opportunities which are available to both APDO members and non-members.
The first of the two courses, ‘Working with Clients: Exquisite Listening and Responding’ aims to improve listening skills, deepen confidence in asking powerful questions and develop the ability to respond more appropriately to facilitate better outcomes with clients, while the second: ‘Working with Clients: Paperwork Simplified’ has been designed to coach professional organisers to successfully sort, categorise, file, store, maintain and dispose of paperwork.
Jaime Frow, who leads APDO’s training and education team as APDO’s Professional Development Director, commented: “With an increasing appetite for flexible working, many individuals are considering alternative job prospects and even looking to retrain, in favour of new career opportunities that better suit their lifestyle choices.
