An industry-specialist evaluation tool which assesses HR brands for five key qualities typically sought out by organisational buyers has been developed by HR brand and reputation experts PR in HR.
These five brand qualities (Clear, Visible, Trustworthy, Reassuring and Relevant) are more important in today’s world than ever, according to PR in HR.
Indeed, Edelman, the global communications giant that helps evolve, promote and protect brands and reputations, found that brand trust in particular was found to be the ‘make or break’ difference marker amid ‘seismic shocks’.
In its research, 70% of consumers said trusting a brand is more important now than before the pandemic, while 60% say they are more likely to turn to brands they can definitely trust during times of crisis.
PR in HR’s newly-launched evaluation tool provides HR brands with bespoke, personalised insights and industry benchmarking to assess how a brand stands up to current demands, including major global events, trends and customer attitudes.
Kay Phelps, director at PR in HR said: “The dramatic events this year from the pandemic to the Black Lives Matter movement has had far-reaching effects on HR, organisations and their people, so suppliers are aiming to provide answers for HR’s new challenges. If companies want to be noticed, trusted and respected by HR, their brands and services must be watertight and reflect shifting priorities now and in the future.
“The PR in HR brand evaluation tool supports the HR market in achieving just this by showing brands what they need to succeed right now through instant insight and brand evaluation.”
