Metro Bank has today (24.06.20) announced that Carol Frost has been appointed Chief People Officer. She joins the bank on 03.08.2020 and will report to the CEO, Daniel Frumkin and join the Executive Committee (ExCo).
An experienced HR business leader she has a track record of delivering strategic business transformation programmes and a passion for identifying and developing talent. Carol joins the bank from Centrica Plc, where she was Human Resources Director – Consumer Division. She has also held senior roles at Sequa Petroleum and BG Group Plc.
